My Story 

Amanda Perfidio

Through out my childhood I always loved to bake. It wasn't until I hit my Junior year of High School that I wanted to pursue baking as my career. It was the best decision I have ever made. I persuaded my dream at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York and Graduated with and Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts in May 2017. I am currently getting my Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Stockton University. 

I opened Dough Re Mi as a way to bring my passion into my new environment. Dough Re Mi is a home bakery located in Barnegat, New Jersey.
